SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/09/2004 08:54 PM Looks like the modem's hookflash is too long, and your PBX thinks the call was hung up... Do you know what length hookflash your PBX expects? From VoiceGuide help file: For best performance it is recommended that a Dialogic card be used in systems which perform call transfers. A Dialogic card can be configured to work with all types of PBXs and telephone systems. Voice modems have a pre-set hookflash (other wise known as ‘flash’ or 'recall' signal) length and sometimes cannot be configured to work with all types of PBXs and telephone systems. SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/10/2004 06:57 AM ... looks like hookflash is too long... You will need to set up your equipment to issue a shorter hookflash. You cannot set hookflash length on a modem... only on telephony cards... Share this post Link to post
