Diverting Calls

Hi,

 

I'm new to the Voiceguide software and i cant really figure it out.

 

I'm just trying to get the system to pick up a call, play a sound file, then depending on the button the caller has pressed, play another sound file and transfer to another number.

 

Somthing like this:

 

Call Accepted >>

 

Welcome message played, press 1 for accounts, 2 for admin etc etc >>

 

Caller makes selection >>

 

Relevent sound file played, eg, you are being transfered to accounts >>

 

Transfer the call to another number.

 

is there any way i can do this? (I am in the UK with Voiceguide 5.2 1005)

.. sounds like all you need is a Play module and then depending on what get pressed to another Play module and then to a Transfer Call module...

 

If you are still having problems please post there the script which you are using - then we can see what you are missing in it...
