SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/12/2004 03:04 AM The standard message played to recipient of call when "Announced Transfer" option is used is fixed. If you want to Play your own message you can just build your own "Announced Transfer" callflow using Play modules - use an exclamation mark "!" by itself in a Play module to generate a hookflash and just type in the digits of the phone number to be transferred to in another Play module for it to play the DTMF tones...
