Guest Ryan22 Report post Posted 05/14/2004 12:14 PM I am trying to create an outbound IVR script for a short 8-10 question customer satisfaction survey on a service expeience. The calls will always terminate at a consumers house. I will be pulling out information from a database to dial and then collection DTMF and voice recording to save back in the database (SQL Server). Would anyone be greatful enough to share a script with me (either VG, actual words or both for the outbound call) I am sure that if this is not conducted correctly right off the bat that the customer will just hang up. I am really new to this and just received my dialogic card yesterday. I have a quick 4 step script setup already, so it seems pretty easier, which leaves me to beleive that call script (spoken words) methodology is going to be the single hurdle I face to ensure a high completion rate. Any suggestions or sample is greatly appreciated. My email is slickrock22*nospam*@yahoo.com Please remove the *nospam* to send me an email Share this post Link to post
