Directing Incoming Calls To Departments

Can someone please tell me if our KX-TD816 Panasonic system will give incoming calls a greeting that allows the selection of different departments? Thanks, L. Adams

If the KXTD816 supports Inband Signaling then VoiceGuide can be set up to work with it to play different prompts depending on what phone number the caller dialed.
