First and foremost what is the status of this project? will it be ready soon, has it been delayed? etc. Second, if i purchased your software today, what would the upgrade cost be from the Voiceguide Enterprise 4 line + dialer license? SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/07/2004 10:17 PM Speech Recognition add-on to VoiceGuide is in fairly advanced testing stage, but is not yet shipping. The price has not yet been set. A large portion of the price will be the cost of Nuance 'Tier B' licenses, which are $1000+ per port. You will need the Enterprise version of VG to use the Speech add-on.
