Recorder And Playback Simultaneously

Hello, sorry for my bad English. This is the problem : I need capture, and playback audio simultaneously with de wave driver. I have a dialogic d4/pci but I believe that's half duplex board. Someone know another board or different way of solving this problem?

You cannot play and record at the same time. It's either one or the other.
