Out Going Call / Choise Of The Lines To Be Uses

Hi Support Team,

 

Using the number loader, I would like to make some outoing calls by specifying which lines I would like to use (I have four D/4PCI installed).

Where do I have to set that information ? Do I have to build an XML file or is it availalble somewhere in a configuration file ?

You can indicate Line Selection when using any of the methods available to you to lad numbers to be called...

 

Easiest way is to just set the "Allow VG to Dial out on this line" check box. Please see the "View"->"Line Device Config" menu.

 

Line selection can also be made in the Telephone Number Loader application and when loading the phone numbers using the "Out Dial" XML file.

 

Line selection can also be made when using the Dialer_OutDialQueAdd COM function - see the "sLineSelection" parameter.

Is it possible to launch several call campains at the same time:

 

For example if I have 2 boards D/4PCI,

I want to use

 

- 4 lines to a launch the callS with the message A

- 2 others to lauch the calls with the message B

- 2 others to lauch the calls with the message C Simultaneously ..

Yes. just assign which lines each campaign is to use. See: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/DialListInto.htm

 

For incoming calls just assign different scripts to different lines...

You can do this either in the "Configuration Wizard" or in VoiceGuide itself, see menu "File"->"Select Script"
