My Voiceguide It's Not Working

Hi

When I was try a trail version of voiceguide it install and I design my script but when it came to for real test I didn't work for me it gives me waiting for a call....

And when I run the event log trace the result was.

Looks like your modem is not voice capable - it returns an error when instructed to answer a call in Voice mode.
