NextMeeting Report post Posted 04/01/2003 02:20 PM I am using the following script under a "Play Sound File" On {0} Goto [Voicemail Box 9] On {1} Goto [Voicemail Box 1] On {2} Goto [Voicemail Box 2] On {3} Goto [Voicemail Box 3] On {4} Goto [Voicemail Box 4] On {5} Goto [Voicemail Box 5] On {6} Goto [bad Selection] On {7} Goto [bad Selection] On {8} Goto [Voicemail Box 8] On {9} Goto [Voicemail Box 9] On {*} Goto [Extention List] On {#} Goto [Voicemail Retrieve] On {Timeout 0} Goto [Hangup Now] When I select a number (0-5, 8 or 9), the sytem again asks the caller to enter the voice mail box and enter the "#" key. I am trying to get it to go directly to the voicemail box without asking them again (really annoying). I don't see any setup options under the voice mail box setup which would require this. Yes, all VMB are setup, have a welcoming voice message and are setup correctly Here is the Log file: ------------------------ 70473 0 PlaySoundStart ok [E:\Inetpub\wwwroot\MenuSys\Voice\IVR\System29140100.wav] 70473 0 TimeoutClear 70483 0 RunModule PLAY end 70483 0 wa(14014,77041300) 79587 0 tapie monitordigits 49 2 79587 0 LsPlayMsg [1] 80067 0 PlaySoundStop ok 80077 0 TimeoutClear 80077 0 TimeoutClear 80077 0 [Menu] Ask for Vmb Id 80137 0 PlaySoundStart ok [E:\PROGRA~1\ivg\system\voice\VmbAccessGetVmbId.wav] The issue is the last 2 lines and I can't find anything in the help files....
