When using the 'Record Sound Module' it records the callers voice. When using other modules VoiceGuide doesn't detect which buttons are pressed (not even during silences). SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/02/2003 02:27 PM DTMF tones are the same everywhere. The possible reasons for VG not reacting to DTMF key presses: 1. The modem does not detect tem well. 2. The telephone handset used plays the DTMF tones very softly, and some modems cannot detect them.. Can you try using another modem and/or try calling from a different telephone handset?
