Guest cangracom Report post Posted 06/01/2004 09:00 PM My installation of VoiceGuide is not transferring calls correctly. The script is supposed to transfer incoming calls to another number. Now this was working fine on this same server during testing with a different number. But after we moved the server to a new location and attached different phone lines, it stopped working. I've attached a screen shot of the log file associated with this call. I'd appreciate a prompt response on this. Thanks.! ScreenShot.doc Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/01/2004 10:30 PM But after we moved the server to a new location and attached different phone lines, it stopped working. Looks like the new line does not support call transfers in the same way as the old line did. You will need to check with the phone company if the new lines you are using support call transfers, and then you may need to also change the hookflash length used by the Dialogic card to match the length expected by the new lines. Guest cangracom Report post Posted 06/02/2004 02:35 PM We did a manual test with phone lines and the new lines transfer calls all right. You mention changind the 'hookflash' length. How do I go about doing that.? Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/03/2004 11:00 PM Are you using a modem or a Dialogic card? If Dialogic card can you please post your modified .PRM file and a screenshot of how the Dialogic TSP is configured, and a screenshot of how the VoiceGuide "PBX Command strings" are configured.
