cramermark Report post Posted 06/03/2004 10:34 PM I have downloaded the trial version VG and I am using a Zoom voice modem 3049. I have selected the standard VoiceMail server VGS and entered a phone number to forward my message to. I call in and leave a message and hang-up. The application dials the correct number but nothing happens when I answer. VoiceGuide "State" is "Dialing: Playing Introduction Message". If I hang up the call it calls me back and it's Groundhog day again. I have deleted the VM account and it still keeps calling me. The only thing that stops the ringing is to deinstall and reinstall VoiceGuide. Thanks! Mark Here is the log: 163300.23 6 dial [2,3033937069,406031633,1,2359,MoTuWeThFrSaSu,,,,1,C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\VmbForwardAskAccept.wav,C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\vm\vmMsgDeliver.vgs|VmDelivStart,C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\data\VmSave\3002_0603150904_1_6_3033937069_.wav,[PathSysVoice]{C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\}[PathApp]{C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\}[PathDataVm]{C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\data\}[PathVgSys]{C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\}[VmbId]{3002}[VmFileToPlay]{3002_0603150904_1_6_3033937069_.wav},90,2,5,,n ne] 163300.34 0 dial callque update id=2 next call time 0406031638 163300.41 0 dial callque DB update returned 163300.42 6 dial found entry: tel[3033937069] ann[C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\VmbForwardAskAccept.wav] vgs[C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\vm\vmMsgDeliver.vgs|VmDelivStart] am[C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\data\VmSave\3002_0603150904_1_6_3033937069_.wav] 163300.47 6 Dialing: 3033937069 163300.48 6 MakeCall => 66320 163300.50 6 TimeoutSet 90 EV_TIMEOUT_MAKECALL_NORESPONSE 163300.52 6 TapiCbTrigSet 66320 7002 163300.55 6 tapi Reply (LineEvReply) ok 66320 0 163300.56 6 TapiCbTrigClear 163300.58 6 callstate DIALING 66507 0 0 163300.61 6 callstate PROCEEDING 66507 0 0 163304.98 6 callstate CONNECTED 66507,0,0 163305.00 6 WorkingModeTAPI@Connected= 163305.00 6 WorkingModeScript@Connected= 163305.03 6 rv add [PathSysVoice]{C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\} 163305.05 6 rv add [PathApp]{C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\} 163305.06 6 rv add [PathDataVm]{C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\data\} 163305.08 6 rv add [PathVgSys]{C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\} 163305.09 6 rv add [VmbId]{3002} 163305.11 6 rv add [VmFileToPlay]{3002_0603150904_1_6_3033937069_.wav} 163305.13 6 rv add [OutDial_RetriesLeft]{2} 163305.14 6 rv add [$RV_STARTTIME]{6/3/2004 4:33:05 PM} 163305.16 6 rv add [$RV_DEVICEID]{6} 163305.17 6 rv add [$RV_CIDNAME]{} 163305.19 6 AddRVns [PathApp]{C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\} 163305.20 6 rv add [$RV_CALLEDNUMBER]{3033937069} 163305.22 6 Dialing: Playing introduction message 163305.23 0 eng cannot load script C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\Scripts\Voicemail Server\vmMsgDeliver.vgs 163305.25 0 Not loaded: C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\Scripts\Voicemail Server\vmMsgDeliver.vgs|VmDelivStart 163305.27 6 ERROR 5.2.1027 Loading Script err=-1, C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\vm\vmMsgDeliver.vgs|VmDelivStart 163315.39 6 PlaySoundStart err=[0 play PlaySoundStart ResetWavOutAndContinuePlay=>7,play pss EnsureWaveOutIsOpenAndReady=>wavec waveOutOpen(0x205d2ac, 0x1, 0x205d278, 0x370396, 0x205d250, 0x10000) => 7 (MMSYSERR_NOMEM) ... hli->hWaveOut=0x0] [C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\VmbForwardAskAccept.wav] 163323.22 6 PlaySoundStart err=[0 play PlaySoundStart ResetWavOutAndContinuePlay=>7,play pss EnsureWaveOutIsOpenAndReady=>wavec waveOutOpen(0x205d2ac, 0x1, 0x205d278, 0x370396, 0x205d250, 0x10000) => 7 (MMSYSERR_NOMEM) ... hli->hWaveOut=0x0] [C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\ErrorPlayingFile.wav] 163323.23 6 rv add [Hangup Time]{6/3/2004 4:33:23 PM} 163323.25 6 Hanging up call... SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/03/2004 11:11 PM The easiest way to delete all outstanding 'dialouts' is to delete the DialOut database. You can do this by manually deleting the file OutDialQue.mdb in VoiceGuide's \data\ subdirectory, or by pressing the "Delete Database" button on VG Dialer's Misc tab. Then reason why you hear nothing after VG dials your number to deliver the message is because something is going wrong with the modem's wave drivers: 163315.39 6 PlaySoundStart err=[0 play PlaySoundStart ResetWavOutAndContinuePlay=>7,play pss EnsureWaveOutIsOpenAndReady=>wavec waveOutOpen(0x205d2ac, 0x1, 0x205d278, 0x370396, 0x205d250, 0x10000) => 7 (MMSYSERR_NOMEM) ... hli->hWaveOut=0x0] [C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\VmbForwardAskAccept.wav] 163323.22 6 PlaySoundStart err=[0 play PlaySoundStart ResetWavOutAndContinuePlay=>7,play pss EnsureWaveOutIsOpenAndReady=>wavec waveOutOpen(0x205d2ac, 0x1, 0x205d278, 0x370396, 0x205d250, 0x10000) => 7 (MMSYSERR_NOMEM) ... hli->hWaveOut=0x0] [C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\ErrorPlayingFile.wav] Share this post Link to post
