telecom5 Report post Posted 04/02/2003 03:44 PM I am having an issue where some of the users are trying to access messages and are getting a recording saying" The sound file specified could not be found". I can see that the messages are in the specific vmail boxes when I run the Vmail manager. These seem to be calls where people have hung up and are only 5 or so seconds in length. SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/02/2003 10:20 PM Which version of VoiceGuide are you using? In the Voicemail Manager what is the 'Minimum Recording Time Lenth' set to? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post
telecom5 Report post Posted 04/04/2003 05:26 PM I am using Version 4.8.45 Professional. The minimum is set to 1, max set to 45. Once they are accessing the messages they sometimes get that "The sound file specified could not be found" 4403.txt Share this post Link to post
telecom5 Report post Posted 04/08/2003 05:10 PM Here is another attachment. It seems like the call is being deleted, but voiceguide is still searching for it in the vmail save. File_not_found.txt Share this post Link to post
