i have tested many solution

in the menu of voiceguide pbx command strings i have this message

voiceguide has detected that the above settings are NOT used by

Voiceguide to perform call transfers.Current setting is: TAPI/TAPI

 

IT s normal ?

Are you using a modem or a Dialogic card?

TransferControl_Modem=TAPI

TransferControl_TelBoards=TAPI

I'd recommend trying setting

 

TransferControl_TelBoards=Generate

 

and restarting VoiceGuide.

 

What is the actual problem? At what stage of attempting the transfer does the transfer fail?

When does it hangup?
