CSI Report post Posted 06/14/2004 03:36 PM I'm trying to plan for the implementation of a live monitoring program for call assessments and remote monitoring. I believe this is possible, but I want to make sure before I continue with the project. The call would come in to either an analog Dialog card or a digital T1 card. If the criteria is met, it would bridge with another port (specified in a database) that is listen only and the whole call could then be transferred to an agent. The person on the monitoring line would continue to listen to the call but not be able to interact with the caller or the agent. Share this post Link to post
