When I call the number the system answer me sorry all the channels are busy try later. I update the file spandti.prm for a ISDN - PRI NI2 B8ZS. Are there anything else to establish the communication? SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/16/2004 09:31 PM What software are you using with the card? Share this post Link to post
Guest Guest_Lionsal Report post Posted 06/17/2004 01:26 PM I am using the Dialogic System Release 5.1.1, with its service pack. The problem is when I call the T1 number, the system answer "Sorry all the circuits are busy try later". I think I need to configurate some parameter in the Spandti.prm Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/17/2004 05:40 PM I was referring to the application software, not the card's drivers. Are you running "VoiceGuide for ISDN" or some other software? Share this post Link to post

Guest Guest_lionsal Report post Posted 06/17/2004 07:00 PM Could you give me some advise to use some program to test the T1? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/17/2004 08:01 PM This forum is for support of VoiceGuide software only. There will soon be a version of VoiceGuide available which does speech recognition. You may want to try that version when it comes out. Share this post Link to post
Guest jjfama Report post Posted 12/07/2005 07:47 PM Do you have a "VoiceGuide for ISDN" and what is its difference as compared to "VoiceGuide for Dialogic". Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/07/2005 09:47 PM "VoiceGuide for ISDN" is an old product. "VoiceGuide for Dialogic" now contains all the modules which "VoiceGuide for ISDN" had. Share this post Link to post
