Blind Transfer No Pbx

I have just installed a Dialogic 4DPCI Card and have it running on a P4, 2.6 Ghz, 512 Mb server. It seems to be running smoothly, and I am testing its ability to blind transfer.

 

I have four lines that come in from the telephone company and the are all designed to blind transfer. I have manualy tested them to make sure that they work.

 

1. Call comes in to a line.

2. Hook/flash ==> new dialtone

3. Dial another number

4. Hook/flash calls are joined

5. Hang-up the phone

 

I cannot get the call transfer to work using the transfer module. Here is my log-file.

What does the caller hear on the line when you attempt the transfer?
