D4/pci On Window2000 Professional

I am have installed the d4/pci in the computer,

and want to use dialogic system release 6.0 to progarm it.

And I can not find the device when I run the dialogic product

configuration manage. I look at the documentation and seems

it only supports d4/pciu broad. Can I still have methord to

detect the broad using this software? Or I did something wong

about the configuration? thank you for you help

No need to use SR6.0, just use SR5.1.1

And I want to ask that I use the window server2003 to develop

an application controling the d4/pci voice broad. As window server2003

only supports system release 6.0, is it possible for me still use system release

6.0 to control the d4/pci voice broad?

You can use SR6.0 with D/4PCI card.

Detect what, the card? SR detects cards installed in system automatically. If it does not detect the cards then the card is not installed properly (or is faulty) - or try using another PCI slot...

I mean detecting the card. Because I have use 6.0 to detect it,

fault and after I remove the software, and install 5.0 to detect it.

It is sucess. So I think the card has no problem, you think I should

try other slot?

If you have problems with the Dialogic card itself not being detected by the Dialogic drivers then you should liaise with Intel/Dialogic to resolve this issue.

 

Once you get the card working OK then you can install and use VoiceGuide with it.
