Guest tommy_2khk Report post Posted 06/17/2004 03:40 AM thank you but how to detect it? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/17/2004 04:00 AM Detect what, the card? SR detects cards installed in system automatically. If it does not detect the cards then the card is not installed properly (or is faulty) - or try using another PCI slot... Share this post Link to post
Guest tommy_2khk Report post Posted 06/17/2004 05:29 AM thank you for your rely. I mean detecting the card. Because I have use 6.0 to detect it, fault and after I remove the software, and install 5.0 to detect it. It is sucess. So I think the card has no problem, you think I should try other slot? SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/17/2004 06:56 AM If you have problems with the Dialogic card itself not being detected by the Dialogic drivers then you should liaise with Intel/Dialogic to resolve this issue. Once you get the card working OK then you can install and use VoiceGuide with it. Share this post Link to post
