billywizz Report post Posted 06/16/2004 07:52 AM Hi just got my dialogic card installed d/41d I already had the demo of voicguide installed now when I try to use it.It says tapiwrap.ocx or one of its dependends is not correctly registered or missing . I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling but its still no good . I have read the forum is it because i have a older version ? if i replace it with the one that was posted in the other thread will it work? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/16/2004 08:00 AM Which version of VoiceGuide are you installing? Which version of Windows are you using? The recent posting of updated TAPIWRAP.OCX is to be used only with the version of VgMulti.exe posted in same thread. Soon both newest versions of OCX and EXE will be available in v5.2.3 download. SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/16/2004 09:42 PM VoiceGuide installs OK on clean installs of Win98 upwards, so I'm not to sure why you are having the problem... have you tried re-installing VG? Share this post Link to post
billywizz Report post Posted 06/16/2004 09:50 PM re-installed it a couple of times with the same error Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/16/2004 10:06 PM Don't know why it is not working on your system. We have not had any other reports of people not being able to install v5.2.2 - and we have quite a few other users out there running this version now... Share this post Link to post
billywizz Report post Posted 06/17/2004 05:24 PM Hi tried again today still no joy have been through help file installed the same its still no good . Talker32 works really well in the dialogic software why cant i get it to work ? is there anything else I can try? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/17/2004 05:58 PM Don't know why it is not working on your WinME system. I would try installing Win2000 on this system. Win98/ME is not a good platform for running a system which works continuously anyway - you will have Win98/ME crash on you from time to time. Share this post Link to post
