SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/16/2004 09:38 PM Trace shows VoiceGuide does the transfer and the hangs up (as it should) and then later PBX sends another call on the same line: 145945.62 7 Hanging up call... 145946.90 7 Waiting for a call... ... 145955.21 7 callstate OFFERING 65869 0 4 Looks liek the transfer has failed and PBX has 'returned' the call.
