Time In Am/pm Hhnn

I am trying to use the Say Number module to say the current time in am/pm mode.

It is not working - it returns the time in the 24 hour format or the program hangs

I have tried using $RV_HH$RV_NN (With/without the colon) and $RV_Hour$RV_Minute (With/without the colon)

 

We have VoiceGuide 5.2.1011 Enterprise Edition.

Just tried it on out test system and it worked OK for both 24 hour time and 12 hour am/pm options. ( used $RV_HH$RV_NN )

 

You may want to try updating to v5.2.2 - that's what we use on the test machine here.

 

If you still have problems with v5.2.2 could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

I upgraded to version 5.2.2

 

I am still having a problem with time in the am/pm format - it is 12:30 in the after noon and it says 12:30 am

 

In the module I have Time in format HHNN or HH:NN $RV_HH$RV_NN

Say number as Time am/pm HHNN

Please unzip attached file and place it in VoiceGuide's \system\vbs\ subdirectory, overwriting previous file.

 

Looks like there was bug in the AM/PM time speaking script, the new attached version fixes this problem.
