In response to a command to answer the call: 53703 0 lineAnswer(66303) => 66286 modem's TAPI drivers returned OPERATIONFAILED: 56812 0 tapi Reply 66286 LINEERR_OPERATIONFAILED [80000048] you should ask the manufacturer/distributor why its drivers do not allow it to answer in TAPI Voice mode...
