Hi guys

 

I read your foruns about callerID from CTI servers

My pbx have CTI link and i installed the cti server on one of my w2k servers

 

I wanna know how i can setup voiceguide to read callerid from that server

I dont know anything about it... I search voiceguide help file and i only find CTI server from Dialogic (I think...)

 

Its possible to voiceguide detect caller disconnect and ringing from that server too??

 

My board is a D/4PCI....

Which PBX are you using?

Please post here the documentation on the CTI link and we'll take a look at it and can then advise you how to set up VoiceGuide to communicate with it.

My PBX is ASPIRE from NEC

 

I send you some screenshots of the TSP and the CTI server.

About CTI docs... can find it yet. I only find docs that says how to configure the software itself.

We'd need documentation on how other software can communicate with this CTI interface. Such documentation is usually between 20 and 100 pages long...

I dont have any manual about CTI. The only thing that i've got is the manual that explains how to install the TAPI server and client.

 

I've copy this sentence from the manual... I think this may help right?!

 

"The NEC Infrontia Aspire has capability to use Computer Telephony Integration (CTI.) It

uses the Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI) 2.1 protocol. To allow CTI

an Ethernet interface is present on the NTCPU.

TAPI 2.1 based CTI realises third party call control features such as ACD, Predictive Dialing,

and Call Routing."
