Guest CHUCHU79 Report post Posted 06/19/2004 04:17 PM HELLO, I AM WORKING WITH A PBX AND I NEED TO TRANSFER CALLS, BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THIS MODULE (THE SINGLE LINE 3 WAY CALLING WORKS WELL). HOWEVER, I MADE IT STEP BY STEP AND IT WORKED WELL USING SEVERAL PLAY MODULES (EACH ONE FOR TH FOLLOWING INFORMATION: !, 9, TARGET NUMBER, ! AND 3), SO IT IS NOT A PBX OR VOICEGUIDE-PXB PROBLEM. WHEN I TRIED TO PUT TOGETHER !9 OR !3, IT DID NOT WORK. AFTER THAT, I USED COMAS (2, 3, A LOT OF COMAS) !,,,,9 TO MAKE TIME SO THAT THE FLASH SIGNAL BE DETECTED, AND IT DID NOT WORK. SINCE I DID NOT SEE ANY 9 IN THE PBX COMAND STRING, I TRIED WITH !9, AND THEN 1,9, AND THE !,,,,9 IN THE "PLACE CALL ON HOLD........TRANSFER", AND IT IDI NOT WORK. WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST ME TO TRY?. 1. IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO MAKE PAUSES (BESIDE COMAS)? 2. DO I NEED TO INDICATE 9 TO GET A LINE FROM MY PBX? WHERE DO I PUT IT, IN THE PBX COMMAND STRING, IN THE PHONE NUMBER FIELD INSIDE THE MODULE OR IN ANY OTHER PLACE? 3. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I HAVE TO CHANGE SO THE MODULE WORKS WELL? (AS I TOLD YOU, THE FLASH IS DETECTED BY THE PBX BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO MAKE THE TRANSFER STEP BY STEP). THANKYOU VERY MUCH Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/19/2004 11:36 PM If you managed to get it to work using a chain of Pay modules than I'd recommend you just stick to this method. Ultimately this is the approach which is most flexible. Oh, and PLEASE STOP USING UPPER CAPS, IT MAKES IT HARDER TO READ WHAT YOU HAVE WRITTEN. Share this post Link to post
Guest CHUCHU79 Report post Posted 06/21/2004 02:51 PM Sorry about the CAPS. The chain of plays works well when the connection is successful, but what if the call can not be completed?. Thank you. Share this post Link to post
