Are there any InBand files for a Panasonic KX-TA624 available?

If so what kind of support can I expect from the InBand info?

Will I get caller ID info?

 

The KX-TA624 does not support Caller-ID on non panasonic phones so the

voice modem will not get Caller-ID information. Is there another way to

get the Caller-ID information?

You should be able to set up the PBX to send Caller ID as inband information and VoiceGuide can then read it and make it available for use in the script.

 

Please post the definition/description of the inband messages sent by the PBX and we will create the Inband Defintion File for your PBX- these defintitions should be somewhere in your PBXs manual, or you can ask the PBX supplier for them.
