Call Transfer Proglem! Please Help

Hello

i have Conexant V.92 modem

and PBX KX-T30820 of Panasonic.

 

i tried using all the transfer options (even 3way) and the thing is the modem

wont transfer the call,

it will hang up and dial the extansion...

what can i do???

let me rephrase the problem

 

the modem transfers me, on the line i hear music of transfer, the extension gets the call, and says press 1 to accept. before i press i hear on the caller side, no music, and after pressing 1 it will hang up the extension call! and wont connect the calls

How do you usually do call transfers on this system?

Please describe step by step.

in regular phone?

 

while talking, i press flash , then the extension number, and then hang up

Do you have to wait for the destination extension to answer the call before you hang up or do you just hang up while the destination extension is ringing?

 

If you do not need to wait for destination extension to answer then you should just use the 'blind transfer' option. What happens when you use that option?
