ayman_moustafa Report post Posted 08/13/2007 10:53 PM You should speak with the Dialogic card supplier... I have a Dialogic SPCI4 SS7 board and Dialogic DMV 1200 board. They are connected by CT bus. I configured them and they are working fine. I need to use VG. Is VG compatible with the boards that I have? Do VG needs a certain configuration to be able to work with them? Thanks for cooperation, Ayman Moustafa. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/14/2007 12:59 AM Yes, VoiceGuide v7 can work on SS7. Configuring SS7 is not as straightforward as setting up ISDN/VoIP/etc lines so at this stage all SS7 system installs are carried out by our technical staff. To perform the installation we would require access to the system using a remote access service/software. eg: PCAnywhere or VNC or logmein.com or RemoteDesktop etc. Please email your contact details to support@voiceguide.com to obtain further information.
