Call Transfer

Hi,

 

I use blind conference call (which was working on my other pc) and what it does is: the conference works and as soon as the forwarded tel answer, the line drops for all phones 1 second after

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?

 

In VG.INI file please try setting

 

TransferControl_Modem=Generate

TransferControl_TelBoards=Generate

 

 

Then restart VoiceGuide and try the conference again - then please post the traces if it still does not work.

 

Can you post the trace from the system that is working for you? This way we can easily see what the differences are.
