sam Report post Posted 06/24/2004 07:44 PM We purchased the 4 Line professional license, version 5.0, in September of 2003 to build our test system. Unfortunately, we needed to put the project on hold until now. Since that time, the software is now up to version 5.2.2 and we've purchased a new pc to build our test system on. My questions are as follows: 1. I presume we will need a new software code? The one we received in 2003 was based on the unique system ID of what is now the old PC. Do we install the software on the new pc and generate a new unique ID that we send to you for new software code? 2. The software is now up to version 5.2.2, which we would prefer to use on our test system so that we are testing the same version that will ultimately end up on our main system that will have 24+ ports. Can we get a new software code for version 5.2.2 without purchasing an upgrade? 3. What information do you need to verify our purchase back in September 2003? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/24/2004 09:38 PM Issuing a new code should be no problem. Please email sales@voiceGuide.com about this and just say in what name or company was the license purchased. These is no need to purchase any upgrade if you already purchased v5.0 (v5.0 licenses work with v5.2) Share this post Link to post
