Problem

Hello.

 

We have an issue with our registration code for Voice Guide 5.0. We had purchased this to run on our desktop, and have since registered the version that we had on that computer; but, as the construction outside of our building fried our computer, we have now switched to a portable, laptop computer, to do all of our store hadnling.

 

The problem is, that our registration code does NOT work on this new computer.

 

How do i fix this problem?

Please send an email to the above address along with details in who's name/company the original license has been issued and someone who handles license issuing will assist you.
