Carphone Report post Posted 07/03/2004 11:11 PM Hi, I have been running VG through a standard voice modem for some time now. I have decided it is time to upgrade this set up to a dialogic card. My PC is running XP with SP1 update. I have recently managed to get a d4pciu card shipped over from the states. It did not come with any software at all. From what i have read i need to download the following two files: SR5.1.1 SR5.1.1FP1 Can you confirm the links to these two files and how big each file should be. Intel's site is confusing to say the least. Also how can i go about getting a full version of SR5.1.1FP1 (not evaluation version)? Do i need to install any other files ? I have seen SR 5.1.1 SP1 also mentioned do i need this? I have a good broad band connection so i am ready to download some big files, but which ones? Please help! SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/04/2004 03:40 AM Please see: http://www.voiceguide.com/suppRecomHardware.htm From that page: D/4PCIU & D/4PCIUF cards require either the Feature Pack 1 add-on for SR5.1.1 drivers, or the SR5.1.1 SP1 with D4PCIU support add-on. (Full version of FP1 will be supplied to customers who purchase these cards from Katalina). Standard SR5.1.1 drivers are sufficient for all other cards (even on WinXP systems). http://www.voiceguide.com/suppRecomHardware.htm has links to take you to the relevant "System Release 5.1.1 for Windows -- Service Pack 1" pages. Also how can i go about getting a full version of SR5.1.1FP1 (not evaluation version)? You need to speak to the distributor from whom you've purchased the card. Share this post Link to post
