SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/06/2004 09:32 PM At what stage does this delay occur? Are you using a voice modem or a Dialogic card? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post

billywizz Report post Posted 07/09/2004 10:49 PM Hi I have changed the script all seems to be working ok with the new script exept. when I use the dialer if I dial a range of numbers it will put unobtainable numbers into the log human answered . But if I ring the same number as a single entry it will take the number as unobtainable.is it dialing the range to fast ? is there a way I can slow it down? thanks. Share this post Link to post

But if I ring the same number as a single entry it will take the number as unobtainable. there should not be any difference - when you specify a range the telephone number loader will just insert all the numbers in the range - when making a call there is no difference between numbers inserted individually and those inserted as part of a range.
