Multiple Telephone Numbers

I want to assign the same phone number to all teh 4 D 4 PCI dialogic card that i have installed so that when one line is busy the call is routed through the next available line. IS there a way to do this?

You need to ask you phone company to set up the 4 phone lines in a 'rotary group' so that when your number is dialed the phone company will send to call to one of the 4 lines (whichever one is available).
