Newbie Help.

I am looking for someone that is able to help me create a simple script that will auto answer calls, then place callers on hold until the call can be attended to.

 

I also require the software to enable me to place a call on hold while in the middle of a conversation by simply pressing a number, eg Recall.

 

 

I have no doubt this software is able to do this, just need help creating what I think should be a simple script.

 

For your reference this is being used on a regular single phone line.

 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you just need a PBX which had the ability to place calls on hold (as most do).

... you would need to have a PBX in the first place to be able to use phone extensions (you cannot attach phone handsets direct into the PC which is running VoiceGuide) so you would have this functionality already without the need to use VoiceGuide to provide this.
