Guest Guest_zackrspv Report post Posted 07/07/2004 09:32 PM Hello. We are using an external USB voice modem from Best Data; it is the 56USBP; it is a full voice modem. The voice guide program shows that the wave drivers are not installed. They are installed, i checked the audio properties myself. I tried to unstill the wave drivers, and the sound card drivers, and anything else that appeared in the audio section, and then reinstalled everything else first. I then reinstalled the wave driver for the modem. Still didn't work So i then uninstalled everything again, and then reinstalled everything but the modem. I then uninstalled the modem istelf I then reinstalled the modem, and the wave drivers (so they were the last drivers to be installed). I STILL can not get voice guide to say that the wave drivers are installed. What's the deal here? Share this post Link to post
