Guest Ben Faa (Faa Enterprises) Report post Posted 04/08/2003 10:15 AM On 2 occassions over the last 10 days IVG has hung whilst playing a script. By this I mean it does not return to "waiting for a call" and incomping callers after this event recieve a ringing tone which eventually rings out (no engaged). Could you please send us a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. You can save the trace to a file - please select that option. Then when problem occurs please send us the last few calls captured in that trace file - and we can then see what is going wrong on your system. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post
