Voice Modem Problem

Is there anybody knows how can I change the default dialing of modem to PULSE dialing with AT commands???????

You know the default dialing of modem is TONE,I want to change it permanently to PULSE.

Please Help!!!

You basically need to specify "ATDP" as the dialing command to be used (from "ATD" or "ATDT")

 

You will need to speak with the modem manufacturer to see which configuration file(s) need to be changed...

I changed the modem default configuration to Dial Pulse with AT command.

I used Hyper terminal and change the modem dialing to Pulse.

but it just works in Hyper terminal!!! I mean when I use hyper termianl for dialing it dials pulse,but other programs in windows like Dialup connections and VG still dial TONE!!!!!

 

Does VG accept any perfix before its numbers,like "ATP"+extension?and it recognize to dial pulse,like other windows programs.

... you need to change the TAPI driver file for this modem. You'll need to speak with the modem manufacturer or learn how to edit the modem .inf files and edit them yourself (you'll first need to find them as well...)
