Can Voiceguide Program Work With Call Waiting

If I'm on the other line ,, and call waiting beeps

Will the program work still ?? Like usual running the script after the second ring?

 

If it does , and the person chooses to speak with me , and I'm still talking on the other line . what will happen can they be put automaticly ON HOLD , or will they get a busy signal ?

VoiceGuide needs to answer the call in order to run the script etc.

 

Call Waiting allows you to switch between calls - not have two calls at the same time...

I'm asking if I was on the line talking with a customer , and a second call should come in ,, can the software automaticly pick up the second call automaticlly and run it's Call Center messages ?
