Guest Guest_zackrspv Report post Posted 07/14/2004 08:03 PM Hello. We are using a Windows XP Pro SP1 installed with a Dialogic D/4PCI U (Universal?) card installed. We have installed the System Software from Dialogic 5.1.1; and we have installed the Feature Pack for this as well. Windows XP PRo still shows the device as Unknown device. Voice Guide requires the Wave Drivers for this device, however w/o the system seeing a REAL device, instead of an OEM INF file, how the heck am i susposed to install the wave drivers? The Feature Pack was susposed to make the card complient with Windows XP PRo SP1; however all it seems to have done is just stop the system looking for a driver by making it seem like a driver is installed, when in reality it is not. I do know that Intel Dialogic is adamant about NOT supporting windows, however, DUH! Most computers come with Windows XP Pro installed if you buy for a business, would make sence that they should at least support it somewhat. I need help with the drivers and the wave drivers. Anyone knowledgable? The intel forum definatly is not! Thanks! Share this post Link to post
