Lines Just Ring No Answer

I have 2 Dialogic PCI cards that have been working fine over the last 2 months. When I place a call to the IVR, the line just rings and rollover to the next line in the hunt group. I can see in VG that the script is running. The lines just ring and then rollover to the next line. It seems that the dialogic card is not picking up the call. I uninstalled the wave driver and reinstalled.

From what this tells me VG is detecting the call and running the script but nothing happens on the line but unanswered ring. After 4 rings it moves on to the next line in the hunt group, and so on and so on. thru all 8 lines.

Trace shows that VoiceGuide answers the call and plays a sound file.

The Dialogic card responds like it has answered the call OK.

 

If the call has not in fact been answered then maybe there is something wrong with the card's line interface circuitry - but it is a bit strange that all the ports' line interfaces have failed...

 

I'd try plugging the lines into normal phones and see if picking up the ringing handset answers the call OK.
