pdpk Report post Posted 07/15/2004 03:21 PM We have implemented an IVR system, and one of the options we are providing is for the person to be transferred to another line. (see topic 1697) We have set it up as an announced transfer, but it didn't transfer the call (to a mobile phone number in this particular case). Can you see from our log file extract why it didn't work? We have attached two of our VoiceGuide Scripts - inbound0.vgs is the one which starts when the phone is answered. Inbound4.vgs handles the transfer to the other number. Are they put on hold or do they end up hearing the digits being dialed? How do you usually transfer calls manually on these lines? (step-by-step description please) Share this post Link to post
