If a call comes through to an extension and is picked up...can the caller be then transfered directly to a colleagues voicemail to leave a message? How would we setup Voiceguide to achieve this? SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/16/2004 04:46 AM To transfer a call to the particular voicemail box the person transferring the call would need to transfer call to an extension which is answered by VoiceGuide - then VG should be set up so that on calls that it answers VG starts a script asking for the voicemail box number for which the message should be left - the person transferring the call will then type the voicemail box number of their choice and then can hang up - this would complete the transfer so the original caller will then be taken through the rest of the VoiceGuide script - which can at that stage jump straight to the selected voicemail box, or play some other messages first etc. Share this post Link to post
