Error Starting D/4pciu Service

Hi,

 

My first VG+D/4PCI was run smoothly on my HQ office, know I need to implement the similiar system on branch office. For now i using D/4PCIU + VG but I found error when starting D/4PCIU service.

 

I see log on Windows Event Viewer that Dialogic Service cannot start because dependecy system (anmchannelserver) doesnot exist. I have install (and reinstall) all Software needed by this card (System Release 5.1.1 and Feature Pack 1) many times, but this error still occur.

 

Could u help me, to solve this problem?

 

Below is my system configuration:

- VG 5.2.2

- Dialogic D/4PCIU

- System Realese 5.1.1

- System Realese 5.1.1 Feature Pack 1

- Windows 2000 Server SP 3

have you tried using SR5.1.1 SP1 with D4PCIU support add-on?
