Guest bhishan Report post Posted 07/23/2004 10:47 PM I've recorded our .wav files in 11025hz, mono, 8-bit and we've even tried 16-bit, 11025hz, mono but we still have lots of background noise on the line. The problem is not the .wav files as they play completely fine and clearly on the computer. We recently purchased an RF line filter from our local electronics store and we are still having the same problem. When the line is plugged into a regular phone we receive none of this static, so we know for sure that the static is coming from the dialogic card itself. Is there anything we can do about this? Maybe we can leave a message using the voiceguide/dialogic card on Katalina technologies' phone line for you to see how much noise there is. You can still here the voice, but the static is very noticeable. Our setup consits of: Windows 2000 Professional w/SP2 Dialogic D/4PCI Voiceguide 5.2.3 RF Filter on the line Share this post Link to post

Geoff R Report post Posted 07/26/2004 11:54 PM Please let us know if you resovle this. My analogue phone line shares an adsl connection which makes the line very noisey, even with the filters. Geoff Share this post Link to post

Guest Guest_Bhishan Report post Posted 07/28/2004 08:04 PM You can't call our voiceguide system because we are using a split T1 through a PBX, so we have to dial 9 to get to an outside line from the dialogic computer. There is no way for you to directly call us, we only do outdialing from our computer. Please check your Private Messages for details to contact us. Share this post Link to post
