vatsal Report post Posted 07/24/2004 03:33 PM We are upgrading our machines and operating systems. I have gone through all the install procedures for installation of the modem, uploading Dialogic 5.1.1 Waver drivers TAPI drivers But I get a LINEERR_RESOURCEUNAVAIL error against all 4 channels when I try to run a script. Any ideas. Also, XP does not recognise the modem, I was about to use the example provided for win2000/nt but was not sure. Can anyone help. Vatsal Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/25/2004 03:00 AM Have you ran the VoiceGuide Configuration Wizard? Did that allow you to select the 4 Dialogic line devices with no problems? Share this post Link to post
vatsal Report post Posted 07/26/2004 03:33 PM Yes, The configured displayed the 4 analog lines that were available, which I duely selected etc. As a secondary check, I tried the horoscope sample program that came with the dialogic driver download, and got "Failed to open dxxxB1" "Please make sure your drivers are properly installed" Yet I am convinced I installed the drivers correctly, as I followed the same procedure as the first machine I confirgured, although it was a Win2000 operating system. I am completely at a loss as to what to do next. Vatsal Share this post Link to post
vatsal Report post Posted 07/26/2004 05:51 PM I managed to find the fault, the drivers had not been installed properly. Simply went into device manager reinstalled the drivers As easy as pie, when you know how Vatsal Share this post Link to post
