saeed Report post Posted 07/25/2004 01:27 PM I have a general question about connectivity of VG with PBX. when I test VG ,I use a single line which is one of the extensions of PBX. and if I decide to use 4 Lines for IVR system,then I will use 4 of extension of the PBX with using a 4 line dialogic card.so,now ,VG is located after the PBX. what does happen if I want to use for example 24 or 30 lines?now, I want to use an E1-card ,so,where is the location of VG?it seems it must locate before PBX.if it is true ,so how is the connectivity between PBX and VG? SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/25/2004 08:54 PM If you want to transfer calls to other extensions on PBX then you should locate the IVR system behind the PBX. You will need to use an E1 port on your PBX and connect that to the Dialogic E1 card controlled by VoiceGuide. Does your PBX support T1/E1 connections? Share this post Link to post
