Script Loading Using Cid

Hi,

 

I want to know If it's possible to have a script that IF it is THIS phone number on CID, then use a different script for that call, and IF NOT, run the current script.

If I understand you correctly, yeah thats easy. Just use the evaluate expression.

put the $RV_CIDNUMBER in the box and in the paths, enter the phone numbers which you would like to go to the diffrent script module. {5082322221}goto whatever..
