Voiceguide Limit

Dear Sirs,

I am going to realize an automatic reply system on 64 lines and I think to use 8 Eicon cards by 8 channels and the properly licenced Voiceguide. What problems may I have with so many lines?

Is the contemporary automatic reply always supported by Voiceguide?

Does Voiceguide identify each single line?

Will you use all 8 cards in one system?

 

Did you take a look at using T1 or E1 lines instead of using multiple basic rate ISDN cards?

I'd recommend just using T1 or E1 lines as it will probably be cheaper overall and easier to manage.

 

Plus you'll have much better support if you use Dialogic.
